If your Season Ticket is lost or stolen you can apply for a replacement online.

Go to My account section of the website, choose apply for a duplicate and follow the steps. There is a £10 fee for your replacement ticket.

Please note if you have lost your photocard you will need to obtain a new one before a replacement ticket can be issued.

Only Seasons Tickets with a validity of one month or more can be replaced.


To travel whilst waiting for your replacement -

Purchase a weekly paper ticket, when your replacement ticket  arrives, log in to the My account section of the website and download the form, Apply for a Refund of Daily or Weekly tickets.

Print the form and attach the tickets or receipts for the tickets purchased and send them by recorded delivery to -
