Go to a self-service ticket machine at the station.
Insert any debit or credit card (for identification).
Enter your ticket collection reference.
Collect your tickets once the machine confirms the transaction is complete.
Where can I find my ticket collection reference?
Your collection reference:
Is eight digits long and made up of numbers and letters (e.g. XZ47B89P).
Is shown on the confirmation page once you’ve made a booking.
Appears in the confirmation email we send you after booking.
Can also be found in “My bookings” on our website or “My tickets” in our app.
