• Go to a self-service ticket machine at the station.

  • Insert any debit or credit card (for identification).

  • Enter your ticket collection reference.

  • Collect your tickets once the machine confirms the transaction is complete.

Where can I find my ticket collection reference?

Your collection reference:

  • Is eight digits long and made up of numbers and letters (e.g. XZ47B89P).

  • Is shown on the confirmation page once you’ve made a booking.

  • Appears in the confirmation email we send you after booking.

  • Can also be found in “My bookings” on our website or “My tickets” in our app.
